Puppy Cavapoo

Lucy, a 4 month old puppy girl had her first grooming at home.  She performed well on the grooming table except that she started moving and rejecting whenever the scissor went near the lower forehead and the eye area, as we need to carry on with our work to make clear of her eye area, we proceeded with trimming around the area with caution using a different position that is comfortable for her.  Safety is our priority for all fur kids, it has to be a smooth one especially for the first timer.  Lucy will be more receptive in her next grooming session.

Puppy Cavapoo

Meg is a 4 month old Cavapoo who never had her grooming before.  As she is going for her next vaccination soon, her family would like her to be groomed at home.  This session was filled with new experiences for Meg - from putting the leash on her, placing her on the grooming table, having a before groomed photo session, cleaning of her ears, plucking of her ear hairs, shaving her paw pads, clearing the sanitary area, nails cutting, express anal glands, trim fur till bath and to blow drying, had definitely been astounding. As the grooming proceeded, Meg did well and from being a fearful puppy, she adapted and became more calm till she finished her grooming.

Coco, Jack Russell

We always salute owners who take great care of their pets, and that means bearing full responsibility besides just feeding, walking and giving them a home.  Let me share with you how Mdm Jaiya, the adoptive parent of Coco, a 5 year old Jack Russell, takes care of Coco wholeheartedly.  She checks Coco's ear whenever she cleans them to see if there is any infection by smelling the cotton bud to know which ear is healthier. Both Mdm Jaiya and her husband will change Coco's diet if they spot any skin allergy when any new food is introduced to Coco. Coco's skin has improved a lot since they started taking care of her.  Every detail of Coco including her teeth and hygiene they care. For her previous grooming, Coco was picked up and brought back after grooming.  Mdm Jaiya told Coco that she has arranged grooming for her today but never did Coco expect that she will be having her first experience grooming at home with us instead.  Look at Coco's smiles in her photos with Mdm Jaiya, she is indeed happy.  We are happy too that Coco has found a good home.

Happy Maltipoo

Slash, a happy Maltipoo, we remembered when we first engaged to groom him and cut his nails at his home a few months ago, he was so afraid of nails cutting but we managed to cut all the nails without any bleeding through assuring Slash that all will be alright.  This is the second time we groom Slash and we were very happy to witness how Slash reacted to his nails cutting with no fear at all, everything went even more smoothly then the 1st time.  Keep it up Slash. 

Its All About Positive Energy between Human and Dog

When we were first engaged to groom Momo about 3-4 years ago, our impression of her was that she was a timid dog who was very scared of grooming and has a tendency to bite when touched.  However, our groomer approached her in a calm, patient and assertive manner to gain her trust and Momo started to show friendly gestures towards our groomer.  Regular grooming requested by the pet owner is much appreciated as that will further help Momo.  This recent grooming session is the best ever.  Our groomer invited the pet owner to sit through the whole grooming process where she could witness how our groomer successfully groomed Momo without the need to muzzle her during the cutting of nails and Momo was calm throughout the grooming.  Our groomer did it through assurance, communication and care.

Momo, a mixed breed terrier, is a beautiful girl despite her age of 9.  We have groomed Momo for more than 3 years and during these years, we truly witness how Momo's papa and mama provide her with unconditional love.  Happy pet owner happy fur kid, keep it up.

Rocky, cool guy, he is loved by everyone at home including the boarding furkids.  Everypawdy wants to play with him and Rocky said "No problem, I'm here for you".

Fox Terrier Home Grooming

Lynette, an 8 year old Fox Terrier, whose owner speaks to her in French.  We gave her a new trim on the fur today and the owner feedback that the tiny polka dots on her back were something new which they did not discover before.  We did this trim to tidy up the coat and in a few months time when we next groom her, we may want to put back a little skirting on her.  A timid lady with a new look for Christmas.

Norfolk Terrier

A 5 year old Norfolk Terrier, had his new look for Christmas this month.  He welcomed us at the gate with his wagging tail till we landed our grooming equipment in his house.  He cooperated with us throughout the grooming process at the comfort of his home, no fear no anxiety but just wagging of his tail, thumbs up for him.  We try to keep the norfolk terrier look for him but due to matted fur surrounding his muzzle, underchin, legs, ears and belly, we did the best trim for him. Before we closes the gate, he barks at us, awww sorry Raffles we have to go on to the next appointment, we can't stay but we hope to see you again.  At the very last look before we took off in the car, we saw Raffles behind the closed glass door still looking at us but this time not barking. Perhaps he is asking himself "Aunty, when will you be back again?".  A very happy dog with a very happy family (video to be viewed on Desktop PC).

Maltipoo

This Matipoo was groomed by our Pet Groomer in Mobile Dog Stylists. He was very fearful of nails cutting and was nervous as he does not know what to expect.  However, his nails were too long that we need to proceed with the trimming and all nails were cut without touching the quick.  With patience and assurance from our Pet Groomer, she managed to cut his nails with minimal efforts grooming him this first time.  This boy has a very lovely smile, he looked so much joyful and refreshed after his grooming.
