Shih Tzu - Adopted

Roman, an adopted male Shih Tzu, is very fearful of grooming.  Whenever the nail cutter, clipper or scissor go near him, he starts to reject by using all his energy he can to disallow any of these tools to work on him; he is a strong boy indeed.  It is definitely not an easy job to groom him.  Look at the 3rd picture, his eyes are telling us that "how you all did it?".

Maltese - Senior

Gigi, a 14year old adopted Maltese, had her full grooming done at home.  Gigi wears a cone to prevent licking due to her skin allergy;  her ears are also badly inflamed with pus.  Before we groom her, we found that there were blood linings in the inner of her paw pads and on top of her paws; the ear discharge even hardened her fur along the side of her both ears to the neckline.  As she does not groom regularly, her nails were very long.  Despite Gigi's skin condition, she cooperated well with us throughout the grooming.  Daddy had suggested to have her fur short for easy maintenance.  At least you can see her beautiful face now.

Maltese

Aggie, a senior 14 year old maltese girl, had her grooming at home for her upcoming birthday in a few day's time.  As her fur is matted especially both front legs, furkid owner's mom requested to have them trim short.  Aggie does snap and bite when come to nails cutting and due to one of her front leg has arthritis, so when we attend to her, we have to be watchful and assure her of the process.  Our groomer was asked to cut the nails shorter but she explained and showed furkid owner's mom about the quick opening that she cannot proceed or the nails will bleed, at least now Aggie is not walking on her nails.  Our groomer loves to interact, when she learnt that Aggie is afraid of bathing, she showed furkid owner's mom how it should be done that Aggie will not be afraid and furkid owner's mom witness the calmness of Aggie during bath and sat through the grooming process.  As a senior dog of 14 years old, Aggie is in pink health under good care of the owner and his mom.  Happy birthday to Aggie, stay healthy and be loved always (Video to be viewed on Desktop PC).

Cool Man

Rocky, cool guy, he is loved by everyone at home including the boarding furkids.  Everypawdy wants to play with him and Rocky said "No problem, I'm here for you".

Jack Russell

Jet Jet, a rescued senior furkid now found a good home, had his first home grooming with us today.  His owner is so nice to warn us that he may bite when nails cutting but amazingly Jet Jet coordinated with our groomer so well that he was very calm and did not even show any aggressiveness or even a single bite during nails cutting, all nails were successfully cut without touching the quick.  His owner patiently watched throughout the grooming  sesssion and we were happy to learn from owner that he felt his boy enjoyed the grooming session (Video to be viewed on Desktop PC).

Fox Terrier Home Grooming

Lynette, an 8 year old Fox Terrier, whose owner speaks to her in French.  We gave her a new trim on the fur today and the owner feedback that the tiny polka dots on her back were something new which they did not discover before.  We did this trim to tidy up the coat and in a few months time when we next groom her, we may want to put back a little skirting on her.  A timid lady with a new look for Christmas.

Mantou, a 7-month old Westie, first time home-boarding, is a brave boy.  He blended in well with the pack and already feel so at home.  Being the first day out of home, he finished up his dinner in the evening.  Must have exerted alot of energy playing in the house, too hungry to leave any bit on his plate..good job boy.
