Chihuahua - Cheeze is back for Staycation

Cheeze, the cute little Chihuahua is back for staycation.  We know Cheeze since 4-5 years ago.  She is so happy, she stood up on her muscular legs and stare out of the car window while we drive her to our home.  She must be looking forward to meet her fur friends.  And yes, she did, her fur friends welcomed her when she checks-in and Cheeze freely roam our home which she has been very familiar with (Video to be viewed on Desktop PC).  She even know where is a good spot to pose for a nice photo for her daddy mummy.  Smart Cheeze indeed.

Toy Poodle - We deliver owner's preference

The owner sent us the picture on the left as a reference to what she prefers (see pic below)  - not to shave down her fur (as her past groomer usually did). Audrey, a 3 year old Toy Poodle, has very matted fur from head to tail and supposedly, the only way to help Audrey is to shave her down because the matted fur was too much.  This is the first time we were engaged to groom Audrey and knowing that they are having a party tonight, our groomer groomed Audrey by trimming away her matted fur instead of shaving her down. Although it took a lot of effort and time, it is worthwhile because the owner is very happy with Audrey's new look. We explained to the owner that the look cannot be exactly the same as the picture (other dog on the left) because they have different features and due to Audrey's current matted fur but we try to achieve a look closest to it for Audrey so that she won't look bare for the party tonight.

Happy New Year!

Our first job on a New Year's day started with these two happy fur kids with a lovely family - Cookie and Coco.

A heart fills with fur kids

Big and small, in one heart.

Yorkshire Terrier and West Highland Terrier - A long time customer

Our long time customer with us for few years - Cookie and Coco.  Each time I arrive at their house for grooming, both Cookie and Coco happily come to the door to receive me.  Both of them are so used to me grooming them and I am always so happy to see them being so joyful after their grooming.  They never fail to send me out of the door even to the lift landing when I leave their house.  So sweet of them.  Happy fur kids in a happy and kind family.

Cookie, the Yorkshire Terrier is a stroke patient.  She is so petite and adorable that you cannot tell that she is already 14years old.  Very strong and vibrant girl still, anyone who meets her will definitely likes her because she has a sparkling pair of eyes at her age (Video to be viewed on Desktop PC).

Coco, the West Highland Terrier, is younger then Cookie.  She is just as lovely.  She is the first to run to the gate.  Although she got matted fur in between her paws, she did not squeak when we trim out all the matted fur for her, well done Coco.
